The Postnatal Movement & Rehabilitation Programme For New Mums.


Keeping YOU front & centre in the fourth trimester.

Since the birth of my son, based on my own postnatal experiences and those of so many of my clients - I have been determined to re-write the course of rehab for new mums for the better. This programme is going to plug the information-misinformation gap in postnatal rehabilitation in the first six weeks of motherhood, to leave you feeling so prepared, reassured, informed and empowered. Knowing exactly how to help yourself heal in the postpartum period is truly a gift and one I want to share with as many of you as possible.


The status quo in the UK, is that many mums do not think that rehab can begin until after their six weeks check with their GP, this is a big misconception. But it can be so hard to know where to start and what to do at this time, when the information is so varied, inconsistent and hard to come by. In the first few weeks of motherhood, I don’t expect you to be able to figure out what to do all by yourself and you shouldn't have to.


So, forget navigating the do’s and don'ts of postnatal movement on Google or trying to decipher exercises you may (or may not!) have been given by your health provider. Rest-assured, that with this program and my expert guidance and coaching, I will take away any confusion around what is suitable or safe in these first six weeks. I have poured my wealth of knowledge and experience and my love for supporting new mums into this programme, to help you feel strong, capable and confident.



Pelvic Floor

Pelvic floor exercises are just the beginning of a strong and happy pelvic floor. This is the rehab we can start from day one, in bed, in your PJ's!


Whether you've had a vaginal or abdominal delivery we start here. I'll take you through the first six weeks, with progressive exercises and expert coaching.

Rest & Rehabilitation

Rest, recuperation and healing are at the heart of this six week programme. To help you lean into this, you will find lovely restorative practices to soothe and regulate your nervous system.


I include my favourite breathing positions and restorative poses to help ground you and feel more comfortable in those early days.


Incorporating my work as an EFT Tapping Practitioner - you'll also find two soothing Tapping scripts to promote rest and healing, and reduce tension.



Exercise (Movement in your PJ's)

Remembering that this is a time for rehabilitation. This progressive programme will take you from restorative movement to mastering important functional moves like squats and lunges all with my specialist coaching.


Listening to your body and being guided by your energy each day is so important. The movement is here for you to weave into your days, as time and energy allows.

C-Section Movement

Planned or unplanned, I want you to feel as informed as possible about your c-section recovery. As a c-section mum myself, I know the importance of feeling prepared and supported.

In this section you will find short, movement related videos guiding you from the hospital to home. From sitting up, how to get in and out of bed, climbing the stairs, getting in and out of the car, what to do when you laugh, cough or sneeze to lifting and changing baby.
